Welcome to Bahamas EcoGlide Adventures. By booking or participating in our tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings & Payments
   All bookings require full payment to confirm your reservation. Once confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
   Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour may be eligible for a refund, minus any processing fees. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. We reserve the right to reschedule tours due to weather, safety concerns, or operational issues.

3. Eligibility & Safety
   Tours are designed for participants who meet our age, weight, and physical requirements. Guests must follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by our guides. Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the tour without refund. Participants join at their own risk and are responsible for personal health considerations.

4. Liability
   Bahamas EcoGlide Adventures is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss/damage to personal belongings during tours. Guests acknowledge and accept that they participate at their own risk.

5. Weather & Operational Changes
   Tours may be modified, rescheduled, or canceled due to adverse weather, maintenance issues, or other safety concerns. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate guests.

6. Media Use
   Photos or videos taken during tours may be used for promotional or marketing purposes. Guests who do not wish to appear in media should inform the guides prior to the tour.

7. Conduct
   Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other participants, and the local community. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.

8. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas.
